Chill Fire

This restaurant held many surprises but the one that was most shocking is that the grade was 100, which is the highest grade you can get.


One of the unique appetizers is the lobster cappuccino.


Lobster Cappuccino - it's is very similar to a lobster bisque. It is creamier, and the lobster is finely minced.




Chicken and biscuits, which is a typical southern dish. However, this one has a bit of a twist it used tasso ham. I've never had it before this. The gravy has a smokey flavor to it and a little bit of a cajun flavor without the heat of the spice.





This is one of the few restaurants that have made a strong comeback after covid started last year. I do not have a long list of restaurants I want to visit again because of my eating restrictions and I'm pretty picky about food quality but this one is on the list that I'd love to come back to visit again.
